This joyful, low-impact, 45-minute dance class is designed for moms and caregivers with babies ages 0–18 months, using front-wear baby carriers so little ones stay close while you move.
Classes focus on gentle, rhythmic movement, simple dance combinations, and musical exploration, supporting bonding, community connection, and positive early childhood development through music and motion.
For moms who are still healing postpartum, a seated option is always available. Participants may remain seated on their mat and follow modified movements, allowing for engagement and community without overstressing the body.
This class is inclusive, supportive, and judgment-free, meeting each parent exactly where they are. Whether you’re ready to move more or simply want to be in a room with other moms and babies.

What to Expect-
This is a 45-minute, thoughtfully paced dance class designed to support both caregiver and baby.
5-minute check-in
5 minutes of gentle warm-up
30 minutes of guided, low-impact, baby-safe dance movement
10 minutes of active stretching and grounding, with opportunities to engage with your baby
Throughout the entire class, seated options and movement variations are always available for moms who need to rest or support their healing bodies. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace.

Mommy & Me Dance is designed to create a welcoming space where caregivers can connect with other parents while carving out intentional time for themselves and their baby. Through shared movement, music, and dance, this class fosters meaningful connection, support, and a sense of belonging during an important stage of parenthood.

Classes are led by Head Trainer Shira Math, who brings over 12 years of experience in professional dance, group fitness, personal training, and postpartum fitness training. Parents are guided by an instructor who understands that everybody—and every recovery journey—is different. Shira emphasizes safe, adaptable movement, encouraging participants to move at their own pace and ability. The focus is on joy, not perfection, with the belief that when joy leads the way, wellness naturally follows.
