Shira Eden Personal Training offers in‑person and online coaching with fully customized workout programs tailored to each client’s goals and movement needs. Services include functional strength training, injury‑aware programming, and realistic nutrition guidance. Clients also get structured plans, progress tracking, and ongoing accountability to support long‑term results. SM Dance Fitness offers dance fitness classes as well as Mommy and Me dance classes, open to all caregivers.

She also maintains current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, so your training is always guided with safety. With over 100 clients from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and injury histories, Shira has gained experience in adapting programs to meet individuals where they are and help them succeed.

You’ll also be improving your overall health, which helps reduce the risk of preventable conditions like heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and more. Most clients also find that committing to a fitness program boosts their mood, confidence, and sense of control over their lives.
What is your cancellation/ rescheudling policy?
We understand that life happens! You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your session with at least 12 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled time will be charged the full session fee. If you’re able to reschedule within the same week and your trainer has availability, we’ll happily waive the fee. If we’re unable to find another time that week, the full session fee will apply.
